Maid to Order (1931)

That old wolf in sheep's clothing, Julian Eltinge, wears high heels, corsets and the moth-eaten blonde wig in his first phonoplay. He also chops wood, smokes pipes and cleans up a gang of crooks in an effort to prove he's a real he-man. But Eltinge has grown matronly during the years and the production is so badly put together that you want to lie down on the floor and kick and scream. All Talkie.
