The Fiendish Plot of Dr. Fu Manchu (1980)

1933: after a minion spills the last of his 'elixer of life' which has kept him alive in his Himalayan retreat for 168 years, Dr Fu Manchu sets about concocting a new brew. Canary diamonds are a vital component, and so the 'Star of Leningrad' is stolen from a Washington museum, In response to Russian anger, FBI agents Joe Capone and Pete Williams travel to England, as do Fu Manchu and his entourage, in order to get his hands on a companion jewel from the Tower of London. In his last film, Peter Sellers plays a dual role as Dr Fu Manchu and his arch enemy, Scotland Yard inspector Nayland Smith.
