It's a Gift (1934)

Mr Bissonette is the struggling proprietor of a small-town general store, although he finds its demands preferable to those of his shrewish wife. Feeling himself hounded by customers, and relations, he buys an orange farm and, reluctantly piling his family into the car with him, heads for California.
