The Gay Bride (1934)





Mary is driven by her ambition for wealth and befriends Shoots Magiz, a criminal who is producing a show in which she performs. Although Mary finds Shoots unpleasant, she marries him for his money. When Shoots is killed by Dingle, Mary's life becomes even more complicated. Dingle is later eliminated by Mickey. In the end, Mary reforms and marries the office boy, who is a widower after the death of the gangster.
