Johan (2005)

Johan Dros is the eleventh consecutive son of Rinus, a soccer-obsessed father who raises his sons primarily as a team on the small island of Texel. Johan's limited time away from training for a sport he doesn't have a passion for ends when his mother dies. After his older brother Johnny takes his girlfriend Evy, Johan moves to Amsterdam where he becomes a hairdresser and aspires to be a singer. However, soccer, a TV singing competition, and Evy will eventually bring Johan and his family back together, but it also causes conflict within the Dros family.
