A Guy Named Joe (1943)






Pete Sandidge is a daring fighter pilot who falls in love with Dorinda Durston, who worries about his safety. Tragically, Pete dies when he crashes his plane into an enemy aircraft carrier. In heaven, he is assigned to watch over his squadron. He observes one of his men winning the love of his girl. However, when Dorinda passes away, she and Pete are reunited in heaven.
