The Range Feud (1931)
Buck Jones plays the role of Sheriff Buck Gordon who is tasked with arresting his own friend. Clint Turner (John Wayne), the son of a rancher, is accused of murdering a rival rancher over a feud concerning cattle rustling. While investigating the crime scene, Sheriff Gordon discovers the true killer amidst a lynching that has taken place.
