The performance was based on improvisation and influenced by psychiatrists RD Laing (Family and Madness) and J. Foudraine (Who is of wood). The Werkteater staged the show "in the den of the lion," in psychiatric institutions for both patients and caregivers, resulting in intense and unpredictable performances where "a lot" often occurred. Afterwards, discussions were sometimes heated, but during the show, the audience would sometimes get involved in the scenes.
