Trouble in Mind (1985)
The near future. Ex-policeman John Hawkins, known as Hawk, completes a prison sentence for the execution of a mobster. Hawk returns to Rain City, a town dominated by two gangland bosses. The police don't want Hawk on their side, but the gangsters do.
