The Angry Silence (1960)
Tom Curtis is a factory worker, living a routine but contended life with his wife Anna. But when he refuses to join a wildcat strike at work, he is 'sent to Coventry' by his workmates, action which has tragic and far-reaching consequences for Tom and his family.
