Renegades (1930)

Four comrades, bound by their motto of unity and loyalty in the French Foreign Legion, find themselves imprisoned for disorderly conduct. However, they refuse to be held captive for long, orchestrating a daring jailbreak to rejoin their regiment. Their reunion is swiftly followed by a confrontation with marauding Arab forces, which they bravely repel. Their valor does not go unnoticed, and soon they find themselves in Casablanca, receiving commendations from the French Minister of War.

In the midst of their celebration, Deucalion, one of the privates, recognizes Eleanor, a former acquaintance who betrayed him. After a scuffle with local law enforcement, they apprehend Eleanor and set off for Morocco. Yet their return is met with charges of desertion, compelling them to confront more hostile natives. Amidst the chaos, they must also evade the relentless gunfire of Eleanor, who is determined to thwart their efforts.

Caught in a whirlwind of action and adversity, the comrades find themselves navigating one perilous situation after another.
