Silver Linings Playbook (2012)
After spending eight months in a mental hospital for treatment for bipolar disorder, thirtysomething Pat Solatano lives with his father and mother. Pat tries to rebuild his life, but refuses to take his medication. Young widow Tiffany offers to help him and persuades him to partner her in a dance competition, but Pat's father superstitiously believes that Pat has to stay home to bring his favorite footballteam good luck. At the big night of the dance competition, Pat sr. Places a huge bet on both Pat and Tiffany at the dance competition and his own football team.
