The Enchanted Cottage (1924)
A disabled veteran of World War I retreats to a small cottage in the countryside to avoid his intrusive family and to seclude himself from society. There he meets a plain but compassionate young woman. She tells him that the house he is staying in is an ancient honeymoon cottage. The spirits of past newlyweds who still linger in the cottage soon cast a spell of love upon the two of them.
