Clyde Cook makes his Vitaphone debut as a henpecked husband, which seems natural. Clyde has a hangdog expression that was just made for henpecked husband role. Though his accent is a bit broad, his voice takes to "talkies" like a duck to water. He does a "Mr. and Mrs.", closing with the fig[..] that goes "far, far, into the night." The sketch has sound effects, other than vocals which demonstrate the wide scope of the Vitaphone.
