Russian gangsters blow up a base in Siberia and gain sole access to GoldenEye a secret satellite weapon. Together with computer expert Natalya Simonova, James Bond tries to get control back over GoldenEye, but a high general has his own plans with the weapon bringing Bond to a secret base in Cuba.
