Fasching (1939)

Lisa travels to Munich on a night train to pursue a career in fashion, and she meets Martin, a young artist, on the way. They share a romantic connection, and plan to meet later that day in Marienplatz, the city's central square. However, they fail to meet due to the crowded atmosphere caused by the Bavarian carnival, Fasching, which they were unaware of. Despite their efforts to find each other, they keep missing each other by just a hair's breadth, leading to a series of near misses.
