Dr. Cyclops (1940)

Albert Dekker - Dr. Cyclops

Dr. Alexander Thorkel conducts secret experiments deep in the Peruvian jungle to investigate the possibility of using radium to shrink living things. He begins experimenting on animals but when he moves on to testing on humans and his assistant objects, he loses control and kills him. Due to his declining vision, the now-mad doctor realizes he needs expert help and calls upon two renowned scientists, Robinson and Bulfinch. However, when they and their guides become a hindrance to him, he shrinks them as well.
