Shirley Ross was an American actress, singer, and dancer who appeared in films, stage productions, and television shows in the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s. Some of her notable film roles include The Big Broadcast of 1937 (1936), The Way to the Stars (1945), and The Jolson Story (1946). She was also a successful recording artist and released several popular singles during her career. Ross died in 1975 at the age of 65.
