Marguerite Churchill was an American actress who appeared in films from 1922 to 1952. She was born on June 2, 1910, in New York City, and began her career as a model before transitioning to acting.

Churchill appeared in a number of films during her career, including The Big Trail (1930), where she was John Wayne's first leading lady, Riders of the Purple Sage (1931), and The Walking Dead (1936). She was often cast in westerns and action films, and was known for her beauty and acting ability.

Churchill retired from acting in the 1950s and died on January 17, 2000, at the age of 89.
