Miracle on 34th Street (1947)
Gentle department store Father Christmas (Edmund Gwenn), employed by Macy's in New York for the Christmas season, encounters among his young visitors, an unbelieving child (Natalie Wood) and finds that he has to prove that he really is Santa Claus.
