Eyes of the Underworld (1929)
Newspaper publisher John Hueston is murdered by a criminal gang just as he prepares to expose their operations. In the wake of his death, sportsman Pat Doran offers comfort to Hueston’s grieving daughter, Florence. But the danger isn’t over—members of the gang break into the Hueston home, searching for the damning evidence that could destroy them.
Pat follows the criminals to their hideout but is captured and taken to a remote island, where he's imprisoned. Determined to bring justice, he manages to escape, helps the police dismantle the gang, and ultimately wins Florence’s heart.
