Basic Instinct (1992)
San Francisco detective Nick Curran is put on he case of the murdered rock star Johnny Boz. Author Catherine Tramell is the main suspect, she was the last person who saw Boz alive and in one of her books she describes a murder similar to the killing of Boz. Nick has an affair with Catherine, but the killing goes on. Eventually also his ex-partner and current psychiatrist Beth is suspected.
