Anna, the daughter of a Spanish mother and Greek father, returns to her family's house in Greece with the intention of selling it. However, as she begins to pack up her memories and belongings, she starts to feel a strong connection to the house and all that is in it. The furniture and equipment seem to come alive and transport her to memories of her past, including her parents and her friend Max. Her plans to sell the house are thrown into question as she begins to find comfort and healing in the memories and connections she has with the space. When an American couple shows interest in the property and asks about the swimming pool, Anna doubles the price and ultimately decides to keep the house. As she spends more time there, she finds a new love interest and reconnects with a childhood friend. She learns to live with her melancholic memories and finds peace in the place where she once felt lost.
