Pension Mimosas (1935)

On the French Riviera, Mr. and Mrs. Noblet operate a boarding house. One day, they take in a young boy named Pierre, whose father is incarcerated, due to certain circumstances. Louise Noblet, who is unable to conceive a child, is overjoyed to have Pierre in their care. However, after some time, Pierre's father is released from prison and takes him back. As time passes, Pierre grows into a young adult who lives a questionable lifestyle in Paris. He has a mistress named Nelly who is willing to accept money from other men. Despite this, Louise still loves Pierre like her own son and wishes to help him in any way she can.
