Nurse Helen Corey is called to the home of ailing clairvoyant Madame Perkins, where she discovers the old woman is dead. Filled with greed, Helen takes a diamond ring from the corpse and wears it. However, that night she is haunted by the ghost of Madame Perkins and the next day her body is found with a missing ring finger.

Vladimir falls in love with Sdenka and they flee to a convent after Gorca returns and kills every member of the family, turning them into vampires as well. Gorca tracks them down and kills Sdenka, who then kills Vladimir in his embrace. The cycle of the Wurdalak comes to an end.
